There's not much to say about the August meeting. There was yours truly, Girthful Greg Russell, Amiable Andy Smith and Truthful Tom Haines. That was it. We moseyed over to Ye Olde Showmar's for lunch and talked about Andy's comedy routine, movies, the Carolina Panthers and the advancement of electric cars and the possibility of their adoption into mainstream usage.
Andy showed off his beautiful Claw pencils, and I showed my Investment Banker Man cartoons with some knee-slapping banker humor. Hoo-boy!
Tom had to duck out early, so that left just me and Andy. We didn't bother to have a photo taken together because ... well ... you know how people talk.
I'm guessing the next meeting will be 11:30 a.m., Monday, September 25 at Heroes Aren't Hard to Find. But who knows, our Grand Luncheon Organizer Dude Dave may throw us a curve ball. He's wacky that way.
